Common use of Dues Remittance Clause in Contracts

Dues Remittance. 5:02 The amounts deducted under Article 5:01 shall be remitted monthly to the Association no later than the 10th day of the following month. At the commencement of this Agreement, the Association shall advise the Director of Administration in writing, one month in advance, of any changes in the amount of regular monthly dues. The Director of Administration shall inform the Association of the names and ranks of the members from whose salaries deductions have been made and the amount so deducted from every member’s salary.

The Director of Administration shall inform the Association of the names and ranks status of the members from whose salaries deductions have been made and the amount so deducted from every member’s salary's salary at the beginning of each academic semester.
