Dues Checkoff. Upon request in writing of any employee and upon request of the Union, the Co-operative shall deduct the Union dues and initiation fees out of the wages due to each employee and shall remit same to the person designated by the Union, on or before the 20th day of each month. New employees shall be requested by the Co-operative to complete the dues check-off authorization on the first day of employment.
