Dues and Service Fees. Each bargaining unit member shall, as a condition of employment:

The Employer agrees to deduct from the wages of bargaining unit employees, all Union membership dues, initiation fees, and assessments uniformly required, if any, as provided in a written authorization in accordance with the standard form used by the Union, provided that the said form shall be executed by the employee.

Upon the submission of a voluntary written authorization signed by a teacher, the School agrees to deduct from each teacher an amount equal to the Association membership dues by means of payroll deduction. Dues shall be deducted in twenty (20) installments, beginning with the second payroll in the month of September. The amount of the Association membership dues shall be certified by the Association to the Board of Education prior to the opening of school each year.

Dues and Service Fees. All administrators employed by the Wilton Board of Education shall have the opportunity to join WASA or pay a service fee to WASA, or do neither. Any administrator who elects to pay a service fee shall pay a service fee equal to the proportion of WASA dues paid by members to underwrite the costs of collective bargaining, contract administration, and grievance adjustment.
Dues and Service Fees. 1. The monthly dues or service fees payments for each member shall be an amount equal to two times the employee's gross average hourly earnings.

Administrators shall, as a condition of continued employment, either join the Association and pay the regular annual dues uniformly required for maintaining Association membership or pay an annual service fee to the Association not greater than the amount of dues uniformly required of members which represent the costs of collective bargaining, contract administration, and grievance adjustment.
