Dues and Initiation Fee. For the purpose of this Article, a worker shall be considered a member of the Union in good standing if he/she tenders his/her periodic dues and initiation fee uniformly required as a condition of membership.

Dues and Initiation Fee. The Employer agrees to deduct Union dues and initiation fees from the wages of employees in the bargaining unit who voluntarily provide the Employer with a written authorization for such deductions. In no event shall such written authorization extend beyond the termination date of this Agreement. Such deduction shall be made by the Employer from the wages of the employees during each calendar month and shall be transmitted to the Union. In the event that no wages are due the employee, or that they are insufficient to cover the required deduction, the deduction for such month shall nevertheless be made from the first wages of adequate amount next due the employee and shall thereupon be transmitted to the Union. Together with the transmittal of deductions referred to above, the Employer shall furnish the Union with a list of the employees for whom deductions were made. The Union shall refund promptly any dues found to have been improperly deducted and transmitted to the Union and shall furnish the Employer with a record of such refund.
Dues and Initiation Fee. It is understood and agreed between the Authority and the UNION that the AUTHORITY will deduct any back unpaid Union dues and initiation fees owed to the Union (provided such indebtedness for dues or initiation fees was incurred during employment with the AUTHORITY), as well as, current monthly dues and initiation fees, from the paycheck of all employees who have signed proper legal authorization cards and filed with the Authority for such deductions and who are covered by this Agreement, twice monthly, commencing thirty (30) days after employment begins. The Union agrees to provide the Authority with authorization cards for dues checkoff and/or notify the Authority which employees will be paying the representation fee instead of full dues.

  • Maintenance Fees All maintenance and similar fees in respect of any Purchased Assets that are due and payable prior to the Closing have been paid in full.

  • Inspection Fees The Developer agrees to pay the inspection fees as required by fee schedule established by Teton County for its Planning and Building Department.

  • Application Fee Prior to the Resident being accepted to The Residence, a non-refundable Application Fee of $100 must be made. Annually, the cost to the Province to fund the Participant’s Postgraduate Medical Education is approximately $150,000, including the Participant’s salary and benefits.
