Due Observance. Zurich’s liability is conditional on the observance by You and/or a member of Your Household of the terms provisions conditions and endorsements of the Policy and the truth of the information supplied by You in connection with this Policy.

Due Observance. The due observance of and compliance with the terms, provisions, warranties and conditions of this Policy insofar as they relate to anything to be done or complied with by the Insured and/or the Insured’s Family shall be a condition precedent to any liability of the Company under this Policy.
