Dual Language; English to Control. This Agreement shall be executed in English. For purposes of registration in Mexico, this Agreement shall also be executed in Spanish and subjected to the Applicable Laws and Courts of Mexico as provided in Section 9(c) above and formalized before Mexican public notary and filed for recordation before the PRM, but the English version shall prevail for all purposes in case of any conflict between the two.

  • English Language Learners The Charter School shall comply with all applicable federal laws and regulations relating to the provision of educational services to English Language Learners.

  • English Language Controls Notwithstanding any translated version of this Agreement and/or specifications that may be provided to Registry Operator, the English language version of this Agreement and all referenced specifications are the official versions that bind the parties hereto.   • Governing Language This Agreement has been negotiated and executed by the parties in English. In the event any translation of this Agreement is prepared for convenience or any other purpose, the provisions of the English version shall prevail.

  • Working language The working language of the partnership shall be English.

  • Contract Language The following language shall be included in contracts for City projects between the Consultant and any Subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers: Contractor shall not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, gender expression, gender identity, religion, national origin, ethnicity, sexual orientation, age, or disability in the solicitation, selection, hiring, or treatment of subcontractors, vendors, or suppliers. Consultant shall provide equal opportunity for Subcontractors to participate in opportunities. Consultant understands and agrees that violation of this clause shall be considered a material breach of the contract and may result in contract termination, debarment, or other sanctions.

  • Warning Language Where required, Xxxxxxxx shall provide Proposition 65 warnings on the Product’s label as follows:

  • Language of Communication 10.1.1 All INFINOX standard documents will be available in English. If a document is translated into another language this will be for convenience purposes only and the English version will prevail.
