No Agency or Trust In acting under this Agreement the Agents shall have no obligation towards or relationship of agency or trust with the holder of any Note, Receipt, Coupon or Talon.

System Agency 1. will monitor Grantee for programmatic and financial compliance with this Contract and;
Non-Agency The parties expressly acknowledge and agree that the Charter School is not acting as the agent of the Local Board, the State Board, or the Department except as required by law or this Charter. The Charter School acknowledges that it is without authority to, and will not, extend the faith and credit of the Local Board, the State Board, or the Department to any third party.

Agency Neither Party is, nor will be deemed to be, an employee, agent or representative of the other Party for any purpose. Each Party is an independent contractor, not an employee or partner of the other Party. Timely transactions depend on DHS receiving timely information from MNsure about employee status. DHS is not responsible for processing information if it has not received a written request.
