DSC Ratio. The Borrower shall maintain at the end of each Rolling Period, as determined by Agent at the end of each corresponding Quarter in accordance with Subsection 5.01(k) hereof, commencing (a) on the date hereof through and including July 31, 2002 a DSC Ratio of not less than 2.25 to 1.00, and (b) thereafter, a DSC Ratio of not less than 2.75 to 1.00.
