Drug Use. Drug use is the consumption, ingestion, injection, inhalation or other use of any drug/controlled substance.
Drug Use. Anyone attending the function observed using any illegal drugs shall be removed immediately from the Town property. Drug use may be cause for immediate termination of the function.

During the term of Employee's employment, Employee may be required to undergo physical examinations and/or medical tests by a health care professional and tests to determine the presence of drugs, as required by the Company and as permitted by law.
Drug Use. All NT members will be “drug-free” except for medication prescribed by a physician, which has been declared to the team manager and coaching staff. There will be zero tolerance for the use of illegal drug substances by any member of the NT. NT members must ensure that the sport is conducted in an environment free of drug or alcohol abuse. It is inconsistent with this obligation for any NT member to:
Drug Use. The use, possession or sale of any illegal drugs is not permitted under any circumstances in the Residence building or campus grounds. Violation of this regulation, including the possession of drug paraphernalia, may lead to notice of termination of the offender’s License Agreement and eviction. Roommates who are aware of drug use by another resident are expected, for the benefit of all, to report this information to the Residence Management.

Drug Use a. Drug Detection and Possession No supervisor having knowledge that an employee is in possession of drugs or has tested positive for drug use shall permit the member to perform any safety-sensitive functions or operate a Town vehicle.
Drug Use. Xxxxxx Construction, Inc. has a no tolerance drug policy. The use of drugs by any person on the project is prohibited. If this policy is not followed, the offender will be removed from the job-site and a report will be made to his employer.
