The Design Professional acknowledges that he is fully aware of the contents and requirements of Chapter 24 of Title 50 of the Official Code of Georgia concerning the maintenance of a Drug Free Workplace. The Design Professional by execution of this Contract does hereby certify that, to the best of its knowledge, information and belief, the Design Professional and its consultants are in compliance with the aforesaid code section.
