Driving Students a. Certificated employees shall not be required to and are discouraged from driving students to activities that take place away from the school building. They may do so voluntarily only if they have received district approval for transporting students and with the advance approval of their principal or immediate supervisor. In such event they shall be covered to the limits of the District's liability insurance, and shall be compensated at the maximum IRS business mileage rate.

Driving Students. Driving student’s (N=158) experiences concerning normal driving school education (first measurement) were very positive (table 6). The means of all mean variables were at least on the level of three in the five points scale. Interactivity of the teaching style, Experiences oft the course leader and Contentment with the course got the best evaluations. Students evaluated that Possibility to take responsibility was the least realized thing in the driving school education. The experiences of the driving school education following the rules of coaching were also very positive (table 6) according to the driving students (N=127). In total, the results were very similar to the first measurement but a little bit more positive. The course leaders were experienced in a positive manner by the students and the students were very content with the course. Like in the first measurement of the study, the possibility to take responsibility was the least realized thing. The means for single items are shown in appendix 1 at the end of this chapter.   • Transporting Students Teachers shall not be required to transport a student in a private vehicle on behalf of the school.

  • MEDICALLY FRAGILE STUDENTS 1. If a teacher will be providing instructional or other services to a medically fragile student, the teacher or another adult who will be present when the instruction or other services are being provided will be advised of the steps to be taken in the event an emergency arises relating to the student's medical condition.

  • Trials The Ship shall run the following test and trials:

  • Teams One team for the purposes of the Event shall consist of one Vehicle. Each Vehicle can contain a maximum of three Team Members, provided such Team Members have entered into a Team Entry Agreement with the Company or have otherwise agreed in writing to participate in the Event upon and subject to the Terms of Entry and the Event Rules. Should the Vehicle not be delivered to the Designated Finish Point up to 3 days after the date of the official Finish Line Party, then the team will be liable for either the cost to retrieve the Vehicle and/or the "Hire Costs" beyond this date. Each Vehicle will be of a similar specification to that outlined in Schedule 4 to the Team Entry Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall make no representations or warranties as to the suitability of the Approved Hirer or of the Vehicle for participation in the Event and any rights or warranties which a Team may have or be granted in relation to the Vehicle shall be limited to those contained in the Rental Agreement or implied by any Relevant Law.
