Driving License. Where a valid driver’s license is a job requirement the Employee must maintain the license during the time of employment. Termination of employment will result in the event that the driving license becomes revoked, suspended or restricted. Where a driving license is not a job requirement the employee is required to notify the Company immediately of any restrictions, suspensions or cancellations.
Driving License. The validity of the driving license must exceed the rental period of the car. The age category of the owner of a driver’s license must comply with Spanish standards.
Driving License. Employees who are hired for an indefinite period and have worked for three months for a company are entitled to reimbursement of the costs of the renewal of the driver’s license in Iceland as required by law, pursuant to the Regulation on Tachographs and their Use. If an employee leaves within six months of license renewal, it is permissible to reclaim from him/her expenses incurred in proportion to the length of service.
Driving License. The ability to drive a motor vehicle is a term and condition of employment and continued employment. Employees who receive notice that their drivers license is in jeopardy are required to notify the Company ofthat fact within 24 hours of their receiving notice of a possible suspension or other action affecting their ability to lawfully drive. If an employee's drivers license is suspended or their ability to lawfully drive a vehicle is otherwise restricted, the employee will be allowed 30 days to correct the situation. If not corrected within 30 days in such a way that the employee can lawfully drive a vehicle, the employee will be terminated. Failure to notify the Company of the suspension of the employee's drivers license, regardless of circumstances, or the operation of a Company vehicle while a license is suspended, are grounds for immediate discharge.
Driving License. If you are driving the Direct Payment recipient in your own vehicle, you are required to have business use included on your motor insurance policy. Your driving licence should be valid to use in the United Kingdom appropriate to the classes of vehicle that you may need to drive in performing your duty. If you receive any endorsements or are disqualified from driving or otherwise lose your license, or if you believe you may have any medical condition that may affect your ability to drive, you must inform the Employer immediately. If you lose your license or develop a medical condition that the Employer believes affects your ability to drive safely this contract may be terminated.

Driving License. Every driver must have a full, valid driving license they have held for at least 1 year. Expired or provisional licenses will not be accepted. When booking the car, we must be advised of any endorsements / points on a driving license; we reserve the right to refuse the booking on this basis. When picking up the car, every driver must present their license. They must also keep their driving license with them at all times throughout the rental, for perusal by local authorities. Please note that an International Driving Permit (often referred to as an International Driving License) does not replace the requirement for a regular driving license: a full driving license in the main driver’s name will still be required in order to rent the car. All drivers must read the terms and conditions.
Driving License. Employees whose routine duties require them to drive Employer-owned vehicles will be required to furnish such Ontario license as required by law and keep it renewed at their own expense. If required by the Employer, the cost of “A” and “DZ” endorsement for driver’s license will be at the expense of the Employer.
Driving License. 4.1 the Client declares to be in possession of a valid driving license for over a year that has not been revoked or suspended and that does not expire until after the rental agreement.
