Driving Fines and Penalties. 3.1.7.1 you will be personally liable for any fines or penalties incurred due to driving offences for which you are responsible, including parking fines for any reason, whilst using Client or company vehicles whether on public roads or private premises. Failure to pay any fines within the required timescale may lead to disciplinary action. Any fines or penalties that are levied via a Client of the Company or not paid by you within the required timescale or outstanding at the time you leave the company may be subject to an administration charge. Both will be deducted from any monies due to you by way of wage or holiday pay.
