Driver’s License. Executive shall have and carry a valid driver's license issued by his or her state of domicile or the State of Employment hereunder and a driver's permit issued by the Company whenever Executive is driving any motor vehicle in connection with Company business. Executive agrees to immediately notify Company in writing if Executive's driver's license is lost, expired, restricted, suspended or revoked for any reason whatsoever.

Driver’s License. 5201 For those positions that require a valid California driver’s license, an employee whose driver’s license has been revoked, suspended or restricted must inform his/her first line supervisor before the start of the employee’s next work shift. 5202 If an employee whose job description mandates a valid, unrestricted driver’s license, has the driver’s license and/or other required driving documents restricted, revoked or suspended for medical reasons, he/she must do the following or be subject to discipline up to and including termination:

Driver’s License. License Registration Employees in a job classification requiring a vehicle operator license shall possess and display such license to supervisorial and managerial personnel on request. The number of such license shall be registered with the County. New employees hired into classifications that require the obtaining of a Class “A” or “B” license prior to the completion of the probationary period will be required to obtain a training permit upon employment. Operational training will be provided by the County during the normal course of employment, however, knowledge of rules and regulations are to be obtained by the employee on the employee’s time. Obtaining and retaining the required driver’s license, with endorsements as required by law to meet the task requirement on the classification specification, shall be the employee’s responsibility. All testing and retesting shall be done by the testing agency. Any test and one (1) retest not occasioned by misconduct of the employee shall be on the County’s time, but at the employee’s expense. Any retesting beyond one (1) retest shall be on the employee’s time and at the employee’s expense. Medical Examinations The County will perform medical examinations for a Class “A” or “B” license at no charge to the employee. The employee may elect to use a private physician at employee expense. When completing medical examination by the County, employees shall be on county-paid time.
Driver’s License. The County shall reimburse employees for all costs of maintaining a Class “A” driver’s license if required on the job. The County agrees to review new requirements for licenses through the Department of Motor Vehicles.

Driver’s License. Employees driving the Contractor's vehicles shall at all times possess and carry a valid vehicle operator's license issued by the State of Arizona, the class of which shall be appropriate for the vehicles operated, in accordance with State law.
