Common use of Dressing Rooms Clause in Contracts

Dressing Rooms. The Engager agrees to maintain the dressing rooms at a reasonable and constant temperature. If the auditorium is air-conditioned, all dressing rooms shall be maintained at a temperature similar to that of the auditorium. If the auditorium is not air-conditioned, the Engager shall provide mechanical devices in dressing rooms to ensure proper ventilation and the circulation of fresh cool air.
