Drawings & Specifications. All of the Work shall be constructed in strict compliance and in accordance with the final Construction Documents issued for and approved by the Department.
Drawings & Specifications. 1. The Department may not provide drawings and specifications for all projects. Where drawings are provided, work not specified in the specifications nor detailed on the Contract Drawings but required in carrying out their intent or in the complete and proper execution of the work, is required, and shall be performed by the Contractor.

Drawings & Specifications. Any drawings/specifications that are created for items in this Agreement and any additional items will be the sole property of Purchaser. Purchaser reserves the right to issue any drawings/specifications to other suppliers national or international for use in purchasing those items.
Drawings & Specifications. Customer shall provide complete and accurate drawings, 3D CAD, and specifications when available. Where both 3D CAD and drawings are provided, Customer will be responsible for confirming which is the governing document. All drawing and specification modification requests shall be submitted in writing by the Customer. If any stock, work in process, or raw material is affected by such change requests, the Customer is liable for accepting parts in their current state.
Drawings & Specifications. 6.2.1 The various parts of the quantities shall be read in conjunction with the corresponding sanction of PWD specifications, tender documents and drawings including amendments and additions if any. All works shall conform to specifications and drawings whether actually specified herein or not and will be carried out as per the directions of the Engineer In-charge. In case of discrepancy between drawing and specifications the drawings shall prevail over the specifications.
Drawings & Specifications. 5.1 After the signing hereof, the drawings and specifications shall remain in the custody of the contractor and be produced by it as and when required by the employer.
