Drawing on Deposit/Assurance of Payment. CenturyLink may (but is not obligated to) draw on the letter of credit or cash deposit, as applicable, upon notice to BendTel in respect of any amounts to be paid by BendTel hereunder that are not paid within thirty (30) calendar days of the date that payment of such amounts is required by this Agreement.

Where a deposit is required under this Section 6, CenturyTel may (but is not obligated to) draw on the letter of credit or cash deposit, as applicable, upon notice to Charter in respect of any undisputed amounts to be paid by Charter for services or facilities rendered under this Agreement that are not paid within thirty (30) calendar days of the date that payment of such amounts is required by this Agreement.
