Drawdown Schedule. The Borrower shall make the drawdown under the Entrusted Loan in accordance with the Drawdown Schedule set forth in Item (a) below:
Drawdown Schedule. Without limiting clause 6.1, the Producer must complete each Milestone and deliver all of the Deliverables for that Milestone in accordance with the Drawdown Schedule.
Drawdown Schedule. The Lenders Independent Engineer will review the drawdown schedule prepared by the Company and comment on whether each monthly/quarterly cash drawdown amount is consistent with the likely Project schedule and requirements under EPC and the various equipment supply contracts.

Prior to the first Drawdown under the Additional Obligation Facilities, the Lenders and the Borrower shall in good faith and acting reasonably negotiate a Drawdown schedule (as amended from time to time in accordance with the provisions hereof, the “Drawdown Schedule”) in respect of the Additional Obligation Loans, to be adjusted quarterly as needed. Such Drawdown Schedule shall take into consideration the availability of Debt under the then- applicable Senior Commercial Debt Agreements, if any, and achieving the 80/20 Ratio in respect of Advances under the Class A Subordinated Debt Facility.
Drawdown Schedule. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Company may draw down the Aggregate Loan Facility in one or more installments as determined by the Company as follows:
Drawdown Schedule. Pursuant to the terms of the Note, WTI may request, and Lender will, subject to the other terms and conditions of this Agreement, lend to Borrowers the sums set forth and on the dates specified therein. Any request for a loan hereunder must be received by Lender, pursuant to a communication by electronic mail (“email”), no later than 10:30 a.m., Atlanta, Georgia time on a Business Day in order for such loan to be made two Business Days from the request as specified in the Note.
Drawdown Schedule. Drawdown Schedule. The following is the Drawdown Schedule of the Facility under the Contract: December 30, 2006: USD 25,000,000 (Twenty-Five Million US dollars) Where the Borrower wishes to change the Drawdown Schedule, it shall send a Notice shall the Lender 15 Business Days in advance.

Drawdown Schedule. (a) Any Drawdown Schedule shall, save in relation to the calculation of the Commitment Fee, be non-binding on the Borrower and shall be for information purposes only.
