Drainage System. All stormwater runoff, treatment and drainage system improvements within the Property will be designed in accordance with the Zoning Regulations and Best Management Practices then current. All stormwater runoff, treatment and drainage system improvements for the Property shall be constructed by Owner or the Association, as applicable. The City will not be responsible for any construction or maintenance cost associated with the stormwater runoff, treatment and drainage system within the Property.

Drainage System. 10.8.1 All stormwater runoff, treatment and drainage system improvements within the Property will be designed in accordance with the South Carolina Stormwater Management and Sediment Reduction Act as regulated by the South Carolina Department of Environmental Control (“DHEC”) and the regulations promulgated thereunder. All stormwater runoff, treatment and drainage system improvements for the Property shall be constructed by Owner or an Association. The Town will not be responsible for any construction or maintenance cost associated with the stormwater runoff, treatment and drainage system within the Property.
Drainage System. This system shall consist of a soil and waste system through a common and vertical stack. The soil system shall be water sealed from the waste system by suitable gullies. Stacks shall be installed in vertical shafts or yards as applicable. No direct connection of a waste pipe to the stack or building drain shall be allowed but the waste shall flow to a water-sealed gully connected to the stack. Suitable venting shall be provided to all stacks terminating at least 1 metre above the highest point of the shaft. The soil and waste system shall be inclusive of all the necessary rodding eyes, inspection xxxxxxxx and all other accessories to make a complete installation. The system must comply with Sanitary Law and Building Regulations.

The parties agree to coordinate the drainage for roads constructed by Owner to promote economies of scale and lessen environmental impacts. Future enactments of, or changes or amendments to the City or County ordinances which conflict with the drainage and storm water provisions of the Zoning Regulations shall not apply to the Property unless the procedures and provisions of Section 6-31- 80(B) of the Act are followed, which Owner, Developer, or a Subsequent Developer shall have the right to challenge. It is acknowledged that the portions of the Property located within Beaufort County are subject to Stormwater Utility assessments as part of the Beaufort County tax xxxxxxxx, and such may continue to be assessed if the City enters into an interlocal agreement with Beaufort County, unless a separate agreement is reached with the utility as allowed under the ordinances of Beaufort County.
