Draft Report. Upon completion of the investigation, the investigator shall provide a draft report in writing to the complainant and respondent within 10 days of completing the investigation. The draft (and final) report shall include findings on whether the complaint has been substantiated. The complainant and respondent will be afforded 10 days to respond in writing to the draft report in order to clarify or correct factual errors or conclusions.
