Draft Final Report. A Draft Final Report, in <number in words> (figure) copies and in one electronic copy in MS Word format, covering the work performed in accordance with paragraph 2.01 which shall be submitted to UNIDO, Vienna, in time to ensure it is received no later than <number in words> (figure) calendar months from the date of arrival of the Contractor’s personnel in the Project Area.

Draft Final Report. A draft final report will be prepared and submitted to the City and parking committee for review and comment. All comments will be incorporated into the final report. An example of our recommendation and implementation plans from other similar parking study reports is shown on the following page.
Draft Final Report. The Consultants shall prepare a Draft Final Report within two months of completion of the field survey programme incorporating all findings and recommendations from the study. The report shall include a clear statement on the acceptability of the impact of the effluent discharge on the receiving environment with specific reference to the impact hypotheses tested and recommendations on the need for and timing of any necessary improvements to the treatment and disposal facilities. The report shall also contain recommendations on the requirements of future monitoring programmes to give confidence in the continued acceptability of the effluent discharge into the receiving environment. The report shall provide a full analysis and audit of the information and data obtained in the course of the Assignment and specifically address how each of the Assignment objectives detailed in Clauses
Draft Final Report. The grantee shall prepare a Draft Final Report that includes a description of the project, issue addressed, program implementation (if relevant), evaluation strategies, findings and recommendations. With regard to information transfer, it is important to know what worked and what did not work under what circumstances, what can be done to enhance replication in similar communities, and what can be done to avoid the problems identified in future efforts. The grantee shall submit the Draft Final Report to the COTR 60 days prior to the end of the performance period. The COTR will review the draft report and provide comments to the grantee within 30 days of receipt of the document.

  • Final Report The goal of this subtask is to prepare a comprehensive Final Report that describes the original purpose, approach, results, and conclusions of the work performed under this Agreement. The CAM will review the Final Report, which will be due at least two months before the Agreement end date. When creating the Final Report Outline and the Final Report, the Recipient must use the Style Manual provided by the CAM.

  • Final Reports Within ninety (90) days of receipt of the Required Documents, the Asset Representations Reviewer shall publish its findings to the Sponsor and the Indenture Trustee. The Asset Representations Reviewer shall provide the Sponsor and the Indenture Trustee with the following reports as a result of the Asset Representations Review (collectively, the “Final Reports”):

E-2.2), an assessment report to the Chief Electoral Officer and the Minister setting out relevant ways to improve the trial and addressing, in particular, the following points : — the preparations for the election (choice of the new method of voting, communications plan, etc.) ; — the conduct of the advance poll and the poll ; — the cost of using the electronic voting system : – the cost of adapting election procedures ; – non-recurrent costs likely to be amortized ; – a comparison between the actual polling costs and the estimated polling costs using the new methods of voting and the projected cost of holding the general election on November 2nd 2003 using traditional methods ; — the number and duration of incidents during which voting was stopped, if any ; — the advantages and disadvantages of using the new method of voting ; — the results obtained during the addition of the votes and the correspondence between the number of ballot paper cards issued to the deputy returning officers and the number of ballot paper cards returned used and unused ; — the examination of rejected ballot papers, if it has been completed.

  • Annual Reports As soon as practicable, and in any event within ninety (90) days after the end of each fiscal year, (i) the consolidated balance sheet of the Company and its Subsidiaries as at the end of such fiscal year and the related consolidated statements of income, stockholders’ equity and cash flows of the Company and its Subsidiaries for such fiscal year, and in comparative form the corresponding figures for the previous fiscal year along with consolidating schedules in form and substance sufficient to calculate the financial covenants set forth in Section 7.18 and (ii) an audit report on the consolidated financial statements (but not the consolidating financial statements or schedules) listed in clause (i) hereof of independent certified public accountants of recognized national standing, which audit report shall be unqualified and shall state that such financial statements fairly present the consolidated financial position of the Company and its Subsidiaries as at the dates indicated and the results of their operations and cash flows for the periods indicated in conformity with Agreement Accounting Principles and that the examination by such accountants in connection with such consolidated financial statements has been made in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards. The deliveries made pursuant to this clause (ii) shall be accompanied by (x) any management letter prepared by the above-referenced accountants, and (y) a certificate of such accountants that, in the course of their examination necessary for their certification of the foregoing, they have obtained no knowledge of any Default or Event of Default, or if, in the opinion of such accountants, any Default or Event of Default shall exist, stating the nature and status thereof.

  • Financial Report The Company shall furnish to the Administrative Agent (for delivery to each of the Lenders):
