Downtown Parking. The College agrees to provide paid parking for Contracted and part-time bargaining unit faculty who are employed at Lane Community College Downtown Center. Paid parking will be provided through parking coupons. Eligible employees may acquire parking coupons at the LCC-DTC Bookstore. Each term a list of eligible faculty will be provided to the LCC-DTC Bookstore and Human Resources office.

Downtown Parking. Employees required to work on projects within the downtown area of Toronto (defined as that area bounded by Dufferin Street on the West, Bloor Street on the North and Don Valley Parkway on the East), and for whom no transportation is provided, the Employer shall provide parking or refund to the employee upon presentation of a valid receipt for parking expenses paid by the employee the amount of the receipt to a maximum of seven dollars and fifty cents ($7.50) per day. Downtown Parking. 1) Employees who work at the Central Library and drive to work shall receive a contribution toward parking costs of one hundred and twenty dollars ($120) per month if parking in one of the Library-contracted facilities. Effective July 1, 2019, the contribution shall be one hundred and twenty-five dollars ($125) per month.
Downtown Parking. (1) Employees who work at the Central Library and drive to work shall receive reimbursement or a contribution toward parking costs equal to 70% of the lowest- cost Library-contracted facility, upon presentation of appropriate documentation of the costs incurred.

  • Car Parking You will not be entitled to apply for permit parking on the Campus unless you are entitled to an exemption from this policy.

  • Parking Throughout the Lease Term, Tenant shall have the exclusive right to use, free of charges, the number of parking spaces set forth in Section 12 of the Summary, which parking spaces constitute the entirety of the parking under the Building and the adjacent surface parking, being all of the parking in the Project. Tenant shall comply with the Parking Rules and Regulations which are in effect on the date hereof, as set forth in the attached Exhibit D and all reasonable modifications and additions thereto which are prescribed from time to time for the orderly operation and use of the Parking Areas by Landlord, and/or Landlord’s Parking Operator (as defined below); provided that such modifications or alterations do not effect Tenant’s use of or access to the Parking Areas. Landlord specifically reserve the right to change the size, configuration, design, layout, of the Parking Areas, and Tenant acknowledges and agrees that Landlord may, without incurring any liability to Tenant and without any abatement of Rent under this Lease, from time to time, temporarily close-off or restrict access to the Parking Areas, so long as Tenant retains access to the number of parking spaces set forth in Section 12 of the Summary. Landlord may delegate its responsibilities hereunder to a parking operator (the “Parking Operator”) in which case the Parking Operator shall have all the rights of control attributed hereby to Landlord. Any parking tax or other charges imposed by governmental authorities in connection with the use of such parking shall be paid directly by Tenant or the parking users, or, if directly imposed against Landlord, Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for all such taxes and/or charges within thirty (30) days after Landlord’s demand therefor. The parking rights provided to Tenant pursuant to this Article 23 are provided solely for use by Tenant’s own personnel visitors and invitees and such rights may not be transferred, assigned, subleased or otherwise alienated by Tenant without Landlord’s prior approval, except in connection with an assignment of this Lease or sublease of the Premises made in accordance with Article 14 above.

  • AMENITIES Amenities shall be prescribed as provided in Appendix F of this Agreement.

  • Parking Facilities Alamo Colleges District shall make the existing parking facilities at the rented Facility available for the vehicular traffic and parking necessitated by the Organization’s Use of the rented Facility, on a non-exclusive basis, as specified at Exhibit A. MAXIMUM CAPACITY. Organization anticipates approximately the number of participants stated at Exhibit A and agrees to inform Alamo Colleges District of any significant changes five (5) business days in advance of a Use. Organization shall not admit a larger number of persons than can safely and freely move about the Facility. Alamo Colleges District shall notify Organization of the recommended capacity of the Facility and all decisions of Alamo Colleges District concerning questions arising under this Paragraph shall be final.

  • CARE OF BUILDING AND EQUIPMENT Exhibitors or their agents shall not injure or deface any part of the exhibit building, the booths, or booth contents or show equipment and décor. When such damage appears, the exhibitor is liable to the owner of the property so damaged. 14.
