Downgrading. The Depositor will not engage in any activity that would result in a downgrading of the Notes without regard to the Policy.

Downgrading. 2.7.2.1 To Downgrade Your account, You must have been on Your current Account Level for a minimum of three (3) months.
Downgrading. The Company shall notify the Agents promptly in writing of any downgrading, or its receipt of any notice of any intended or potential downgrading or of any review for possible change that does not indicate the direction of the possible change, in the rating accorded any of the Company's securities by any "nationally recognized statistical rating organization," as such term is defined for purposes of Rule 436(g)(2) under the Act.
Downgrading. Between the Execution Time and the time of any sale of Units through any Manager, there shall not have been any decrease in the rating of any of the Partnership’s debt securities by any “nationally recognized statistical rating organization” (as defined under Section 3(a)(62) under the Exchange Act) or any notice given of any intended or potential decrease in any such rating or of a possible change in any such rating that does not indicate the direction of the possible change.
Downgrading. In the event of downgrading, the Company will assign the employee to a rate within the salary range of the lower grade in keeping with his/her ability to perform the job functions, and with consideration being given to the salaries of employees performing similar work. *See Letter #2, Appendix "B"
Downgrading. Where an employee’s classification is downgraded to a lower paid classification as a result of the Hospital’s job evaluation, current incumbents shall be red-circled at their current rate of pay until the salary rate for the classification meets or exceeds such employee’s rate of pay.
