Double Pay. (a) Employees may by agreement with their Managing Director, access any portion of an accrued entitlement to long service leave on double pay for half the period accrued. In these circumstances the leave actually taken is 50 percent of the accrued entitlement accessed.

Double Pay. No employee shall be permitted to waive vacation for the purpose of receiving double pay.
Double Pay. An additional payment equivalent to one full month's salary will be paid on February 1 to the Employee if he has served the Employer for a full year of service at the expiry of the payment period, and continues to be employed in the Company after the expiry of the payment period. Pro-rated payment will be made to the Employee if he served the Employer continuously for not less than 26 weeks, but less than a full year, at the expiry of the payment period, or who is still employed by the Company on or after December 1, or whose employment has been terminated by the Company.
Double Pay. An employee may, by agreement with the Company, elect to take a period of long service leave at double pay, thereby reducing the accrued entitlement at double the amount of time taken (e.g. an employee who requests to take four weeks leave at double pay will have eight weeks deducted from his or her entitlement).

  • Excess Compensation For purposes of Option (f), (g) or (h), "Excess Compensation" means Compensation in excess of the following Integration Level: (Choose (1) or (2))

  • Elective Deferrals An Employee will be eligible to become a Contributing Participant in the Plan (and thus be eligible to make Elective Deferrals) and receive Matching Contributions (including Qualified Matching Contributions, if applicable) after completing 1 (enter 0, 1 or any fraction less than 1) Years of Eligibility Service.

  • Employee Compensation The wages, salaries and other compensation paid to employees who will be employed for the benefit of the Project, and to others who perform special services for the benefit of the Project, to the extent not otherwise paid through a Cash Management System, shall be paid by Owner from a Project Account pursuant to this Section 9.2.

  • DEFERRAL CONTRIBUTIONS The Advisory Committee will allocate to each Participant's Deferral Contributions Account the amount of Deferral Contributions the Employer makes to the Trust on behalf of the Participant. The Advisory Committee will make this allocation as of the last day of each Plan Year unless, in Adoption Agreement Section 3.04, the Employer elects more frequent allocation dates for salary reduction contributions.

  • Full Compensation Subrecipient agrees to accept the specified compensation as set forth in this Contract as full remuneration for performing all services and furnishing all staffing and materials required, for any reasonably unforeseen difficulties which may arise or be encountered in the execution of the services until acceptance, for risks connected with the services, and for performance by the Subrecipient of all its duties and obligations hereunder.

  • Death After Separation from Service But Before Benefit Distributions Commence If the Executive is entitled to benefit distributions under this Agreement, but dies prior to the commencement of said benefit distributions, the Bank shall distribute to the Beneficiary the same benefits that the Executive was entitled to prior to death except that the benefit distributions shall commence within thirty (30) days following receipt by the Bank of the Executive’s death certificate.
