Double-Back Pay. At any time when the end of one (1) scheduled shift and the beginning of the next scheduled shift worked by a member are less than ten (10) hours apart, the member will receive one and one-half (1.5) times his/her hourly rate, including premium pay for the second shift worked except in emergency situations or employer-required training. A shift worked immediately following a report back will not be considered a double back for pay purposes under this Article. Similarly, a double-back cannot be created through the bargaining unit member’s selection of shift or the assignment of shift pursuant to Article/Section 22.02 for LTFT employees.

Double-Back Pay. The Employer shall pay double back at time and one-half (1½) the employee’s straight rate of pay when an employee, including a resource nurse, is requested by the Employer to return to work within eight (8) hours or less from the employee’s previously scheduled shift.
Double-Back Pay. Employees scheduled to report to work less than twelve (12) hours after the regular time their last shift ended shall be paid time and one-half (1-1/2) their straight time .hourly rate for all hours worked during the twelve (12) hours after ,the regular time their last shift ended, but the employee's rate of -pay shall revert to his regular straight time hourly rate for all hours worked after completion of their twelve (12) hour period. The Employer reserves the right to create and utilize a work schedule that eliminates a double back requirement.
Double-Back Pay. Hours worked with less than ten hours break in-between shift times shall be paid at double the hourly rate of pay for every hour worked, and shall include a minimum of three hours compensation.

  • Back Pay The resolution of a grievance shall not include provisions for back pay retroactive further than twenty (20) working days prior to the date the grievance is filed. However, if with the exercise of reasonable diligence the act or omission being grieved was not discovered within 10 working days of its occurrence, and the grievance is subsequently timely filed pursuant to Section 3, then the resolution of the grievance may include provision for back pay for a maximum period of one year from the date the grievance was filed.

  • Callback Pay When an employee is called back to work after having completed their normal workday, they shall be granted a minimum of two (2) hours pay at time and one half. This provision shall not apply when the hours worked are an extension of the employee's workday.
