Donated Services i. Donated or volunteer services may be furnished to the Grantee by professional and technical personnel, consultants, and other skilled and unskilled laborers. The value of these services is not reimbursable either as a direct or indirect cost. However, the value of donated services may be used to meet cost sharing or matching requirements.

Donated Services. In the event that an Employee has used all his or her accumulated sick leave as herein provided for sickness or accident not occasioned in the performance of his or her duty, the Executive Board of the Association may, with the approval of the Chief or designate, arrange with other Employees to volunteer their services without pay on their day off so that the affected Employee may continue on the strength of the Department for a period of time.

Donated Services. Local Government Units may supply labor to any project. Labor costs, usually in the form of hourly wage rates, must be shown in how the rate was determined. For example, if an engineering firm was going to donate its time to a project, the firm should be able to show that the donated value is the same rate it charges for regular jobs. To ensure the time worked has been tracked, timesheets should always be completed and provided for documentation. The person doing the work, signifying the accuracy of the data should sign the timesheets. If that person doing the work is an employee of a private entity, a supervisor or project manager should also sign the timesheet. Again, Appendix B provides an example of adequate documentation for donated services. Credit for Real Property If real property is used as credit against the LA’s share of the match, the property in question must meet certain criteria. The LA may be credited in an amount equal to the fair market value of any land that ODOT can provide for FHWA’s acceptance a certification that the acquisition satisfied the following conditions:

Donated Services. It is mutually and expressly understood that Volunteer services shall be donated, and that said Volunteer is not entitled to nor expects any present or future salary, wages, or other benefits for these voluntary services. Volunteers are welcome to apply for employee positions when available. However, employment is not promised to current or former Volunteers. MINORS Due to the ministry population and restrictions minors (under the age of 18) are NOT allowed to volunteer. Volunteers may not bring their minor children with them onsite.
Donated Services. Zoom agrees to provide to Donee the Zoom Services as described on the Zoom Order Form at no charge (subject to applicable taxes payable by Donee unless Donee provides sufficient documentation to Zoom to support Donee’s tax-exempt status) (the “Donation”).   • Related Services Licensee shall be responsible for obtaining and installing all proper hardware and support software (including operating systems) and for proper installation and implementation of and training concerning the Licensed Software. In the event that Licensee retains Licensor to perform any services with respect to the Licensed Software (for example: installation, implementation, maintenance, consulting and/or training services), Licensee and Licensor agree that such services shall be subject to Licensor’s then current standard terms, conditions and rates for such services unless otherwise agreed in writing by Licensor.

  • Pharmacy Services The Contractor shall establish a network of pharmacies.   • Products and Services General Information The Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) made and entered into by and between The Interlocal Purchasing System (hereinafter “TIPS”) a government cooperative purchasing program authorized by the Region 8 Education Service Center, having its principal place of business at 0000 XX Xxx 000 Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx 00000 and the TIPS Vendor. This Agreement consists of the provisions set forth below, including provisions of all attachments referenced herein. In the event of a conflict between the provisions set forth below and those contained in any attachment, the provisions set forth shall control unless otherwise agreed by the parties in writing and by signature and date on the attachment.   • Ambulance Services Ground Ambulance This plan covers local professional or municipal ground ambulance services when it is medically necessary to use these services, rather than any other form of transportation as required under R.I. General Law § 27-20-55. Examples include but are not limited to the following: • from a hospital to a home, a skilled nursing facility, or a rehabilitation facility after being discharged as an inpatient; • to the closest available hospital emergency room in an emergency situation; or • from a physician’s office to an emergency room. Our allowance for ground ambulance includes the services rendered by an emergency medical technician or paramedic, as well as any drugs, supplies and cardiac monitoring provided. Air and Water Ambulance This plan covers air and water ambulance services when: • the time needed to move a patient by land, or the instability of transportation by land, may threaten a patient’s condition or survival; or • if the proper equipment needed to treat the patient is not available from a ground ambulance. The patient must be transported to the nearest facility where the required services can be performed and the type of physician needed to treat the patient’s condition is available. Our allowance for the air or water ambulance includes the services rendered by an emergency medical technician or paramedic, as well as any drugs, supplies and cardiac monitoring provided.
