Domestic Water and Fire Protection. (a) The existing lot is serviced with a small diameter (13-mm) copper water service, which is substandard. Adequate metered water service must be provided to meet current by-law requirements.

Domestic Water and Fire Protection. The existing lot is serviced with a small diameter (13-mm) copper water service, which is substandard. Adequate metered water service shall be provided to both Lot 1 and Lot 2 to meet current by-law requirements. The replacement of the existing service for proposed Lot 1 and a new service for proposed Lot 2, will be by City forces. The Owner will be responsible for all related costs of the new services and removal of the existing service.
