Domestic Violence Leave. (a) The Employer recognizes that Employees sometimes face situations of violence or abuse in their personal life that may affect their attendance and performance at work.

(a) The Employer Company recognizes that Employees employees sometimes face situations of violence or abuse in their personal life lives and when notified, will take reasonable steps to accommodate absences or performance issues arising directly from situations of violence or abuse that may affect their attendance and performance at workoccur in the context of close personal relationships.
