Domestic Sales. Unless otherwise stated in the Contract, the Company shall insure the Products up to the agreed point of delivery and thereafter it will be the sole responsibility of the Buyer to insure the Products.
Domestic Sales. The title, risk of loss for the Products delivered shall pass from the Company to Buyer the moment the Products are delivered at the agreed point of delivery.
Domestic Sales. (i) The loading of the Domestic Contract Quantity during each Contract Year shall be at dates to be agreed upon in writing by the parties, provided that the proposed load dates include a minimum of [***] barges per Contract Month for all months during the Contract Year. Seller shall coordinate a load schedule for upcoming barge loadings, and TA shall give no less than two (2) weeks’ advance notice of a load date, Prior to loading Product on each barge, Seller and TA shall negotiate in good faith and attempt to agree on the minimum FOB price per short ton, TA’s barge, Pascagoula, MS (the “Domestic Base Price”).
Domestic Sales. Supplier must have a Business license to sell products to InFocus internally in China.
Domestic Sales. (a) The Shareholders agree to support the Company in developing and maximizing annual sales of Products within The Kingdom, provided that the Company is able to do so at prices and on terms and conditions that are no less profitable and favorable than other sales opportunities available to the Company outside of The Kingdom. (b) Subject to Section 3.5(a), the Shareholders agree that the prices of Products sold by the Company to customers in Conversion Industries, including the Conversion Industry Projects, shall be [***].
Domestic Sales. Dealer shall concentrate its sales, lease and rental of whole good Products to the Domestic United States. Further, Dealer agrees to give Case IH notice of any of Dealer's occasional sales, lease or rental of whole good Products outside of the United States prior to shipment, and acknowledges that Case IH, in its sole discretion, may prohibit Dealer's sales, lease or rental of new whole good Products to a particular area outside of the United States upon written notice to Dealer.
Domestic Sales. The title, risk of loss for the Products delivered shall pass from the Company to Buyer the moment the Products are delivered at the agreed point of delivery. In the absence of a written agreement as to point of delivery, delivery shall be EXW (Ex Works) per INCOTERMS 2010.
Domestic Sales. Given the great demand for advanced high quality seating systems by automotive companies in the PRC, such as SGM and SVW, the Parties contemplate that a portion of the products of the Company will be sold on the domestic Chinese market. The Company shall establish a marketing plan, to be approved by the Board of Directors, to govern the sales activities and policies of the Company for sales in the PRC. In order to meet the local engineering, development and timing requirements for the SGM seat business, Party B shall assume total responsibility (i) to obtain, understand, and develop all product information and drawing specifications, including any and all modifications to the existing GM W-Car seat design requested by SGM; (ii) for the completion of the full approval process, including product development through PPAP and manufacturing start of production; (iii) on behalf of the Company, for the interface with SGM for all product design and validation approvals; and (iv) to meet the program timing required by SGM. Costs incurred by Party B for product development and modifications to the SGM W-Car Seat design shall be specified in a separate engineering contract to be entered into between the Company and Party B. Products sold by the Company in the domestic Chinese market (excluding the province of Taiwan) may be sold through direct sales by the Company through its head office, branches, subsidiaries, affiliates or agents, if any. Acceptance of orders for new business requiring capital expenditure for equipment and tools in excess of US$100,000 shall be subject to the unanimous agreement of the Board of Directors. The sales prices of such products to be sold on the domestic Chinese market shall be decided by the Executive Committee, as defined in Article 11.1 within the budgetary guidelines as approved by the Board of Directors.

Domestic Sales. The primary purpose of the Company shall be to develop, manufacture, market and sell Products in the PRC market.
