Documents to Buyer. Escrow Holder shall deliver to Buyer the original FIRPTA Certificate executed by Seller, one (1) original of the Lease Assignment, one (1) original of the General Assignment, and one (1) conformed copy of the Deed.
Documents to Buyer. Escrow Holder shall deliver to Buyer the original FIRPTA Certificate, the original California Exemption Certificate (as applicable), a conformed copy of the Grant Deed, and each other document (or copies thereof) deposited into Escrow by Seller pursuant hereto, including, without limitation, those documents referenced in Section 8.
Documents to Buyer. Deliver to Buyer an original of the Tax Certificates, and counterpart originals of the Lease Assignment, Assignment of Contracts, Xxxx of Sale and General Assignment appropriately executed by Seller, a conformed copy of the recorded Deed, and, when issued, the Title Policy;
Documents to Buyer. Deliver to Buyer an original of the Tax Certificates, and counterpart originals of the Lease-Back Lease, if applicable, and General Assignment appropriately executed by Seller, a conformed recorded copy of the Deed, and, when issued, the Title Policy;
Documents to Buyer. Deliver to Buyer one (1) original of the Assignment of Infrastructure Rights, one (1) original of the Agreement Regarding Construction Obligations, one (1) original of the Infrastructure CFD Bond Disclosure Assumption Agreement, the original FIRPTA Certificate, the original California Affidavit, and one (1) original of the RMC Lease Assignment, together with any other documents to be delivered to Buyer hereunder.
Documents to Buyer. Escrow Holder shall deliver to Buyer the original FIRPTA Certificate, the original California Exemption Certificate (as applicable), and a conformed copy of each of the Deed as duly recorded among the official land records of the County of Los Angeles, the Natural Hazard Report, one of the instruments described in subsection (f) of Section 7 hereof, and each other document (or copies thereof) deposited into Escrow by Seller pursuant hereto, including, without limitation, those documents referenced in Section 8.
Documents to Buyer. Deliver to Buyer originals of the Xxxx ------------------ of Sale, and the FIRPTA Certificate, and counterparts of the Assignment of Leases, Assignment of Interests, Partner's Guaranties, the Assignment of Contracts and the General Assignment appropriately executed by Seller, the approved form of letter described in Paragraph 8(g) above addressed to the Tenants advising such Tenants of this transaction and any other documents which are to be delivered to Buyer hereunder;
Documents to Buyer. Deliver to Buyer the Leases, a counterpart of the Assignment of Leases, the original Bill xx Sale, the FIRPTA Certificate, the California Form 590, a counterpart original of the Assignment of Contracts and conformed copies of the recorded Grant Deed and Trust Deed.
Documents to Buyer. Deliver to Buyer the FIRPTA Certificate, the California Form 593C or equivalent, and a conformed copy of the recorded Grant Deed, the original Leases, a fully executed Assignment and Assumption of Leases, a fully executed Property Management Agreement, a fully executed Xxxx of Sale, and copies or originals, as appropriate, of any other documents or instruments the parties have signed pursuant to this Agreement.
Documents to Buyer. Deliver to Buyer an original of the Tax Certificates, and counterpart originals of the Assignment of Leases, Assignment of Contracts, Xxxx of Sale and General Assignment appropriately executed by the party that constitutes Seller with respect to each Parcel, originals of the LC Documentation and OPLP Guaranty, a conformed recorded copy of the Deed applicable to each Parcel, and, when issued, the Title Policy with respect to each Parcel; and
