Within forty-five calendar days of the receipt of the marked-up Construction Documents that are required to be furnished by the Contractor pursuant to the Contract Documents, the Design Builder shall provide the Owner with Record Drawings and Final Documents (“Record Documents”) as specified in Article 2.1.20. In the event that the Project is terminated prior to construction, the Design Builder, upon the Owner’s request shall provide a digital copy of all drawings and Project Manual content in existence.
