Common use of Documents and Property Clause in Contracts

Documents and Property. i.All records, files, documents, and other materials or copies thereof relating to the business of Heartland or an Affiliate that you prepare, receive, or use will be and remain the sole property of Heartland and, other than in connection with the performance of your duties under this Agreement, may not be removed from the premises of Heartland or an Affiliate without Heartland’s prior written consent, and will be promptly returned to Heartland upon your Termination, together with all copies (including copies or recordings in electronic form), abstracts, notes, or reproductions of any kind made from or about the records, files, documents, or other materials.
