Documentation Management. This chapter describes the documentation management procedure in the CompBioMed2 project. It defines the standard rules and procedures with regard to the production of documentation during the project. The documentation management procedure is to be used:
Documentation Management. Sub-hubco shall issue [ ] copies of all Submitted Items to the Authority and compile and maintain a register of the date and contents of the submission of all Submitted Items. Sub-hubco shall compile and maintain a register of the date of receipt and content of all Submitted Items that are returned or deemed to be returned by the Authority's Representative. Save to the extent set out in Appendix 1, Table A to this Schedule Part 8 (Review Procedure) or elsewhere in this Schedule Part 8 (Review Procedure), no review, comment or approval by the Authority shall operate to exclude or limit Sub-hubco's obligations or liabilities under this Agreement (or the Authority's rights under this Agreement).

Documentation Management. 5.1 CONTRACTOR shall ensure that all necessary and contemporary legal records are maintained and are available for inspection at all times.
Documentation Management. The CONTRACTOR is responsible for the proper management and execution of the CONTRACT, wherever performed, and must have appropriate representation at all sites to complete all elements of the CONTRACT in a safe, environmentally responsible and timely manner in accordance with the CONTRACT. The CONTRACTOR must keep COMPANY fully informed at all times of progress and areas of concern. COMPANY shall assist and advise the CONTRACTOR when COMPANY, in its sole judgement, considers it appropriate in relation to the CONTRACTOR's performance of the CONTRACT, without this relieving the CONTRACTOR in any way of its responsibilities, duties and obligations under the CONTRACT.
Documentation Management. The Contractor shall (1) establish and maintain documentation and records control system in order to: • Maintain a comprehensive up-to-date library of all significant project related data. • Ensure that contractually required documentation is submitted as and when required by the Contract. Documentation Management. Company shall maintain fully auditable documentation of provided services, including time spent communicating with each patient, and with other treating health professionals, for care coordination.
