Division of Taxes. In accordance with Section 18-2147 of the Act and the terms of the Resolution, the Authority hereby provides that any ad valorem tax on any Lot or Lots located in the Redevelopment Project Area for the benefit of any public body be divided for a period of fifteen years after the effective date (the “Effective Date”), as described in Section 18-2147 (1) of the Act, which Effective Date shall be the January 1, 2020. Division of Taxes. In accordance with Section 18-2147 of the Act and the terms of the Resolution, the Authority hereby provides that any ad valorem tax on any Lot or Lots located in the Redevelopment Project Area identified from time to time by the Redeveloper (such Lot or Lots being referred to herein as a "Phase") as identified in a written notice from the Redeveloper to the Authority in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit F (each, a "Redevelopment Contract Amendment Notice") for the benefit of any public body be divided for a period of fifteen years after the effective date of this provision as set forth in the Redevelopment Contract Amendment Notice and reflected in a Redevelopment Contract Amendment, consistent with the Redevelopment Plan. Said taxes shall be divided as follows:
