Divisibility. The provisions of this Agreement are divisible. If any such provision shall be deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the applicability or validity of any other provision of this Agreement, and if any such provision shall be deemed invalid or unenforceable as to any periods of time, territory or business activities, such provision shall be deemed limited to the extent necessary to render it valid and enforceable.
Divisibility. Should a court or arbitrator declare any provision hereof to be invalid, such declaration shall not affect the validity of the Agreement as a whole or any part thereof, other than the specific portion declared to be invalid.
Divisibility. The Executive agrees that the provisions of this Section 8 are divisible and separable so that if any provision hereof shall be held to be unreasonable, unlawful or unenforceable, such holding shall not impair the remaining provisions hereof. If any provision hereof is held to be unreasonable, unlawful or unenforceable in duration, geographical scope or character of restriction of the Executive by any court of competent jurisdiction, it is the express desire and agreement of the Parties that such provisions shall be modified to the extent necessary in order that such provision or portion thereof shall be legally enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the parties hereto do hereby expressly authorize any court of competent jurisdiction to enforce any such provision or portion thereof or to modify any such provision or portion thereof in order that any such provision or portion thereof shall be enforced by such court to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Divisibility. It is the intent of the parties that the provisions of this Section 5 be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Accordingly, the provisions contained in this Section 5 as to the time period, geographic area and scope of activities restricted shall be deemed divisible, so that if any provision contained in this Section 5 is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified so as to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent lawfully permitted.
Divisibility. The invalidity of any one or more phrases, sentences, clauses, or section contained in this Agreement shall not affect the remaining portions of this Agreement, or any part thereof. Further, various headings included in this Agreement exist purely as an aid to locate particular wording, and do not in and of themselves in any way affect the substance of this Agreement.
Divisibility. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be prohibited by law and invalid, or for any other reason if any provision is held to be unenforceable, in whole or in part, such provision shall be ineffective to the extent of the prohibition or unenforceability without invalidating or having any other adverse effect upon any other provision of this Agreement.

The provisions contained in this Section 5 as to the time period and scope of activities restricted shall be deemed divisible, so that if any provision contained in this Section is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified so as to be valid and enforceable to the full extent lawfully permitted.
Divisibility. If any term of this Lease, or the application thereof to any Person or circumstance, is held to be invalid or unenforceable, then the remainder of this Lease or the application of such term to any other Person or any other circumstance shall not be thereby affected, and each term shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Divisibility. If any of the provisions set forth in this Purchase Order becomes invalid or otherwise considered to be separated from this Purchase Order, all other provisions of this Purchase Order will remain in full force.
Divisibility. If any one or more of the provisions of this Consulting Agreement or any application thereof shall be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, the validity, legality or enforceability of the remaining provisions and other application thereof shall not in any way be affected or impaired.
