Divestiture. Any GE Affiliate divested by GE as an ongoing concern, or otherwise, may continue to (i) benefit under the terms of this PO, and/or (ii) issue POs under the terms of this PO, both of which for a period of one (1) year following divestiture. Any entity or business acquired by GE or a GE Affiliate may use this PO with any of their existing purchases with you.
