DIVERSITY & EQUALITY. 10.1 Both Parties shall ensure that they actively promote equality of opportunity for and good relations between all persons irrespective of their race, gender, gender reassignment, disability, age, sexual orientation or religion or belief. Both Parties commit to providing services that embrace diversity and promotes equality of opportunity and shall ensure that they are embedded in day to day working practices with customers, colleagues and Partners. Both Parties shall ensure that business partners support their commitment to take reasonable steps to: o Treat each other fairly and with respect o Promote an environment that is free from discrimination, bullying and harassment and tackle behaviours that breach this o Promote diversity and equality of opportunity within your respective businesses o Recognise and value the differences and individual contribution people make.

DIVERSITY & EQUALITY. We are committed to working proactively in support of equality, diversity and inclusion, and to the fair treatment of all staff and students. In signing this Relationship Agreement, both the University President & Vice-Chancellor and the SU President acknowledge that each organisation will work together to embed the principles across both organisations. Points in support of practical application are set out in an accompanying appendix. This agreement will be reviewed annually (and amended if necessary) and signed by each President and the President & Vice-Chancellor.   • STATEWIDE ACHIEVEMENT TESTING When CONTRACTOR is an NPS, per implementation of Senate Bill 484, CONTRACTOR shall administer all Statewide assessments within the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (“CAASP”), Desired Results Developmental Profile (“DRDP”), California Alternative Assessment (“CAA”), achievement and abilities tests (using LEA-authorized assessment instruments), the Fitness Gram with the exception of the English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (“ELPAC”) to be completed by the LEA, and as appropriate to the student, and mandated by XXX xxxxxxxx to LEA and state and federal guidelines. CONTRACTOR is subject to the alternative accountability system developed pursuant to Education Code section 52052, in the same manner as public schools. Each LEA student placed with CONTRACTOR by the LEA shall be tested by qualified staff of CONTRACTOR in accordance with that accountability program. XXX shall provide test administration training to CONTRACTOR’S qualified staff. CONTRACTOR shall attend LEA test training and comply with completion of all coding requirements as required by XXX.

  • Influenza Vaccination The parties agree that influenza vaccinations may be beneficial for patients and employees. Upon a recommendation pertaining to a facility or a specifically designated area(s) thereof from the Medical Officer of Health or in compliance with applicable provincial legislation, the following rules will apply:

  • School discipline The Parents accept the authority of the Headmaster and of other members of staff on the Headmaster's behalf to take all reasonable disciplinary or preventative action necessary to safeguard and promote the welfare of the Pupil and the School community as a whole. The School's policies on behaviour and discipline current at the time and published on the School website apply to all pupils at the School and at all times when the Pupil is in or at school, (including when engaged in online or remote learning), representing the School or wearing School uniform, travelling to or from School, on School-organised trips or associated with the School at any time. The policies shall also apply at all times and places in circumstances where failing to apply this policy may affect the health, safety or wellbeing of a member of the School community or a member of the public, have repercussions for the orderly running of the School or bring the School into disrepute.
