District’s Use. The District may use the City Facilities when such use does not conflict with the City’s use. District’s right of use shall be non-exclusive.

District’s Use. Unless otherwise specified in the Exhibits to this Agreement, the District’s use of the sports courts, paved surfaces, pools, sports turf areas, playgrounds, and parking lots (“District Facilities”) located on the District Sites for any purpose shall take precedence and priority over the City’s or any other person or entity’s use. “District’s Use” includes use of the District’s Facilities, without limitation:
District’s Use. District shall have exclusive use of the District Improvements. District and Lessee shall have joint or shared use of the Lessee Improvements as specified in a schedule to be developed by the parties. District’s right to use the Lessee Improvements shall be non-exclusive, without charge to District, and shall continue for the term of this Agreement. In accordance with Section 17518 of the California Education Code, no rental fee or other charge for the use of the Improvements shall be paid by the District.
District’s Use. District shall have exclusive use of the District Improvements. Lessee shall have exclusive use of the Lessee Improvements.
