District Reimbursement. The Union will reimburse the School District at the average wage plus benefit rate for the work classification of the designated Union officer. A temporary change (less than two consecutive months) in the designated officer will not affect this reimbursement amount. All Union business will be conducted during this specified release time or be completed “off-the-clock.” All fact gathering for disciplinary and grievance meetings with Union/bargaining unit members shall be conducted at a time and in a manner that does not disrupt productivity or produce disruption or distractions to the work environment or to other employees. Investigations of grievances may not interfere with student or instructional services at any time.

District Reimbursement. In the event that the District makes a demand for reimbursement pursuant to 9.6, the Association shall have the exclusive right to decide and determine whether any such action or proceeding, for which it is reimbursing the District for legal fees and costs, shall or shall not be compromised, resisted, defended, tried, or appealed.
District Reimbursement. The Elmira Teachers Association shall pay to the District one-quarter (1/4 ) of Step 10B + 60 of the applicable salary schedule for each year of the agreement.

District Reimbursement. University shall provide the District for supervision of Student Teaching or Practicum at the completion of each semester or quarter, based on the number of units earned by the student teacher or by a predetermined amount. District acknowledges University Payment depends on the length of supervision where long and/or short assignments are assessed on a pro- rated basis, as set forth in “Exhibit A”. District shall submit an invoice based on generated report received from the University Honorarium Specialist. Stipend provided is based on the amount set forth in “Exhibit A” for supervision of University Candidate(s). The total stipend amount for supervision per student shall not exceed six hundred ($600). Upon receipt of invoice correlating to the University’s Honorarium Specialist report, University shall pay the District at earliest convenience following the date the District’s invoice is received.
District Reimbursement. The district shall reimburse bargaining unit employee for the registration fees, unit fees, cost of books, and required materials for all classes taken at Xxxxx Xxxxxxx College. Reimbursements for these bargaining unit employee expenses shall be made upon completion of the class with a grade “C” or better and upon presentation of a receipt and completion of the reimbursement claim form which shall be submitted to the Business Services department for processing.

District Reimbursement. Any employee who is found to be overpaid within two (2) years from the date of overpayment, reimbursement shall be handled in the following manner: If the amount for reimbursement is less than fifty dollars ($50.00), the monies will be reimbursed to the district in one lump sum on the following pay period after consultation with the effected employee. If the amount of the reimbursement is fifty dollars ($50.00) or more, a payment schedule will be established by the District Treasurer after consultation with the affected employee, which could include a Union Representative.
