Common use of DISTRICT MANAGEMENT Clause in Contracts

DISTRICT MANAGEMENT. DISTRICT’s Environmental Education Supervisor shall represent DISTRICT in all matters pertaining to the administration of this Agreement, review and approval of all products submitted by CONSULTANT, but not including the authority to enlarge the Tasks to Be Performed or change the compensation due to CONSULTANT. DISTRICT’s General Manager or Board Member shall be authorized to act on DISTRICT's behalf and to execute all necessary documents which enlarge the Tasks to Be Performed or change CONSULTANT's compensation, subject to Section 5 hereof.
