District Initiated Transfers a. Employees shall be allowed the right to consultation with their immediate supervisor prior to any contemplated District-initiated transfer.
District Initiated Transfers. 10.5.1 Whenever practicable, District-initiated transfers shall be effective at the beginning of the academic year, and the teacher being transferred shall be notified in writing of such move by the end of the preceding academic year.
