District Facilities and Equipment. 1. The Association shall be permitted reasonable use of District facilities when not otherwise needed for school use. The Association shall be permitted to use school buildings for its meetings for no fee. No such meeting shall be held which requires teachers to leave their duty stations prior to the end of the normal working day. The local school administrator shall be notified twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the time and place of all such meetings.

  • Facilities and Equipment Except as set forth herein, Consultant shall, at its sole cost and expense, provide all facilities and equipment that may be necessary to perform the services required by this Agreement. City shall make available to Consultant only the facilities and equipment listed in this section, and only under the terms and conditions set forth herein. City shall furnish physical facilities such as desks, filing cabinets, and conference space, as may be reasonably necessary for Consultant’s use while consulting with City employees and reviewing records and the information in possession of the City. The location, quantity, and time of furnishing those facilities shall be in the sole discretion of City. In no event shall City be obligated to furnish any facility that may involve incurring any direct expense, including but not limited to computer, long-distance telephone or other communication charges, vehicles, and reproduction facilities.

  • Use of Facilities and Equipment The Association shall have the right to use school facilities and equipment including, but not limited to, typewriters, computers, mimeographing machines, other duplicating equipment, calculating machines, data processing equipment, and audio-visual equipment when such equipment is not otherwise in use.   • Supplies and Equipment The Union and employees will not use state-purchased supplies or equipment to conduct union business or representational activities.
