Common use of District Contribution Clause in Contracts

District Contribution. For the 2014-2015 benefit year the District shall contribute an amount of up to $1,058.60 per month per full-time employee family unit, toward the payment of premiums for health, dental and vision programs. The plans shall be provided by SISC. The parties agree that the total District liability for Health and Welfare Benefits shall not exceed $12,703.20 in any benefit year. Employees working three (3) hours or more but less than four (4) hours shall no longer have the opportunity to receive 25% of the premium paid by the District except any employee enjoying that benefit effective February 1, 2001, may continue to receive that contribution by the District.

The plans shall be provided by SISC. The parties agree that the total District liability for Health and Welfare Benefits shall not exceed $12,703.20 14,646.00 in any benefit year. Employees working three (3) hours or more but less than four (4) hours shall no longer have the opportunity to receive 25% of the premium paid by the District except any employee enjoying that benefit effective February 1, 2001, may continue to receive that contribution by the District.

For the 20142019-2015 2020 benefit year the District shall contribute an amount of up to $1,058.60 1,147.90 per month per full-time employee family unit, toward the payment of premiums for health, dental and vision programs. The plans shall be provided by SISC. The parties agree that the total District liability for Health and Welfare Benefits shall not exceed $12,703.20 13,774.80 in any benefit year. Employees working three (3) hours or more but less than four (4) hours shall no longer have the opportunity to receive 25% of the premium paid by the District except any employee enjoying that benefit effective February 1, 2001, may continue to receive that contribution by the District.

The plans shall be provided by SISC. The parties agree that the total District liability for Health and Welfare Benefits shall not exceed $12,703.20 14,386.80 in any benefit year. Employees working three (3) hours or more but less than four (4) hours shall no longer have the opportunity to receive 25% of the premium paid by the District except any employee enjoying that benefit effective February 1, 2001, may continue to receive that contribution by the District.

For the 20142015-2015 2016 benefit year the District shall contribute an amount of up to $1,058.60 1,086.60 per month per full-time employee family unit, toward the payment of premiums for health, dental and vision programs. The plans shall be provided by SISC. The parties agree that the total District liability for Health and Welfare Benefits shall not exceed $12,703.20 13,039.20 in any benefit year. Employees working three four (34) hours or more but less than four (4) hours shall no longer have the opportunity to receive 25% of the premium paid by the District except any employee enjoying that benefit effective February 1, 2001, may continue to receive that contribution by the District. The base plan (80-J $30) Rx Card shall be adjusted moving from Rx 200/15-50 to Rx 200/10-35 effective October 1, 2015.

Employees working three (3) hours or more but less than four (4) hours shall no longer have the opportunity to receive 25% of the premium paid by the District except any employee enjoying that benefit effective February 1, 2001, may continue to receive that contribution by the District.

The plans shall be provided by SISC. The parties agree that the total District liability for Health and Welfare Benefits shall not exceed $12,703.20 13,754.40 in any benefit year. Employees working three (3) hours or more but less than four (4) hours shall no longer have the opportunity to receive 25% of the premium paid by the District except any employee enjoying that benefit effective February 1, 2001, may continue to receive that contribution by the District.
