District Buildings. The Union shall have access to District buildings and meeting rooms for the purpose of holding bargaining unit or committee meetings. There shall be no rental or service fee charged for weekday use of available facilities. Saturday or Sunday use of facilities will require a charge for an on-duty District employee.

District Buildings. SEIU may be granted the use of District facilities for meetings composed of District employees within the bargaining unit provided space can be made available without interfering with District needs. SEIU shall obtain the permission of the designated District official for the use of such facilities.
