District as Additional Insured. On CM's Commercial General Liability and Automobile policies, the Ironhouse Sanitary District, its officers, directors, agents, employees, and volunteers, shall be named as additional insured's, but only with respect to liability arising out of the activities of the named insured. Any endorsement shall be provided using one of the following three options: (i) on ISO form CG 20 10 1 1 85; or (ii) on ISO form CG 20 37 10 01 plus either ISO form CG 20 10 10 01 or CG 20 33 10 01; or (iii) on such other forms which provide coverage at least equal to or better than form CG 20 10 1 1 85.

District as Additional Insured. The insurance policies required under this Section 16 shall name the District and its officers, agents and employees as an additional insured (“Additional Insureds”), and the coverage shall contain no special limitations on the scope of protection afforded to the Additional Insureds. For any claims arising out of or relating to work on this Project, Developer’s insurance coverage shall be primary insurance with respect to the Additional Insureds. Any insurance or self-insurance maintained by the District shall be excess of Developer’s insurance and shall not contribute to it or limit the amounts payable by Developer’s insurer. The Developer shall require any consultants, contractors, and sub-consultants thereof performing work on the Project or at the Site to include the District as an Additional Insured with respect to the insurance policies required under this Section 19.
District as Additional Insured. All insurance policies required by this Contract, except workers’ compensation and unemployment compensation policies, shall name the District and the SFD as an additional insureds, and shall contain a waiver of subrogation against the District and the SFD, and their agents and employees. Contractor shall provide, upon request, a copy of an endorsement providing this coverage.

  • Additional Insurance Contractor may obtain additional insurance not required by this Contract.

  • Additional Insured City, its officers, agents, employees, and volunteers are to be included as insureds using the applicable ISO additional insured endorsement(s) or substitute forms providing equivalent coverage, in respects to damages and defense arising from: activities performed by or on behalf of Contractor, including the insured's general supervision of Contractor; products and completed operations of Contractor; premises owned, occupied, or used by Contractor. The coverage shall contain no special limitations on the scope of protection afforded to City, its officers, employees, or volunteers. Additional insured status for City shall apply until the expiration of time within which a claimant can bring suit per applicable state law. Any failure by the Contractor to comply with reporting provisions of the policies shall not affect its obligations to the additional insureds.

  • Additional Insureds City, its officers, officials, employees, agents, and volunteers must be named as additional insureds with respect to any policy of general liability, automobile, or pollution insurance specified as required in Exhibit B or as may otherwise be specified by City’s Risk Manager.. The general liability additional insured coverage must be provided in the form of an endorsement to the Consultant’s insurance using ISO CG 2010 (11/85) or its equivalent; such endorsement must not exclude Products/Completed Operations coverage.

  • Additional Insured Status The City, its officers, officials, employees, and volunteers are to be covered as additional insureds on the CGL policy with respect to liability arising out of work or operations performed by or on behalf of Contractor including materials, parts, or equipment furnished in connection with such work or operations. General liability coverage can be provided in the form of an endorsement to Contractor’s insurance (at least as broad as ISO Form CG 20 10 11 85 or if not available, through the addition of both CG 20 10, CG 20 26, CG 20 33, or CG 20 38; and CG 20 37 if a later edition is used).

  • Optional Insurance Landlord may maintain such additional insurance with respect to the Building and the Property, including, without limitation, earthquake insurance, terrorism insurance, flood insurance, liability insurance and/or rent insurance, as Landlord may in its sole discretion elect. Landlord may also maintain such other insurance as may from time to time be required by the holder of any mortgage on the Building or Property. The cost of all such additional insurance shall also be part of the Landlord’s Operating Expenses.
