Common use of Distributions to Shareholders Clause in Contracts

Distributions to Shareholders. (a) The Trustees shall from time to time distribute among the Shares (or one or more classes or series thereof) such portion of the net profits, surplus (including paid-in surplus), capital, or assets held by the Trustees as they may deem proper or as may otherwise be determined in the instrument setting forth the terms of such Shares or such class or series of Shares, which need not be ratable with respect to distributions in respect of Shares of any other class or series thereof of the Trust. Such distributions may be made in cash or property (including without limitation any type of obligations of the Trust or any assets thereof) or any combination thereof.

Such distributions may be made in cash or property (including without limitation any type of obligations of the Trust or any assets thereof) or any combination thereof.
