Common use of Distributions of Shares of Common Stock Clause in Contracts

Distributions of Shares of Common Stock. Except as otherwise provided by a deferral election pursuant to Section 7 of this Agreement or by virtue of a Change of Control as described in Section 3 and 4, shares of Common Stock earned pursuant to Sections 1, 2, 3 or 4 shall be distributed in the first calendar quarter of 2018 (no later than March 15, 2018). If, however, you elect to defer payment of the shares of Common Stock as provided in Section 7 of this Agreement, the shares of Common Stock shall be issued as set forth in the Deferral Election Agreement entered into between you and the Committee.
