Continue to follow its ordinary course of business practice of causing all of its Subsidiaries to make transfers of net cash and cash equivalents upstream to the Company and not make net transfers of cash and cash equivalents downstream from the Company to its Subsidiaries, except in the ordinary course of business consistent with past practice and otherwise subject to the terms of this Agreement.
