Distributions by the Facility Agent. Each payment received by the Facility Agent under the Finance Documents for another Party shall, subject to Clause 31.3 (Distributions to an Obligor) and Clause 31.4 (Clawback) be made available by the Facility Agent as soon as practicable after receipt to the Party entitled to receive payment in accordance with this Agreement (in the case of a Lender, for the account of its Facility Office), to such account as that Party may notify to the Facility Agent by not less than five Business Days’ notice with a bank in the principal financial centre of the country of that currency (or, in relation to euro, in the principal financial centre of a Participating Member State or London).
Distributions by the Facility Agent. (a) Each payment received by the Facility Agent under the Finance Documents for another Party shall, subject to Clause 32.3 (Distributions to an Obligor Party) and Clause 32.4 (Clawback) be made available by the Facility Agent as soon as practicable after receipt to the Party entitled to receive payment in accordance with this Agreement (in the case of a Lender, for the account of its Facility Office), to such account as that Party may notify to the Facility Agent by not less than five (5) Business Days’ notice with a bank in the principal financial centre of the country of that currency.
Distributions by the Facility Agent. Each payment received by the Facility Agent under the Finance Documents for another Party shall, subject to Clause 35.3 (Distributions to a Transaction Obligor) and Clause 35.4 (Clawback and pre-funding) be made available by the Facility Agent as soon as practicable after receipt to the Party entitled to receive payment in accordance with this Agreement (in the case of a Lender, for the account of its Facility Office), to such account as that Party may notify to the Facility Agent by not less than five Business Days' notice with a bank specified by that Party in the principal financial centre of the country of that currency (or, in relation to euro, in the principal financial centre of a Participating Member State or London), as specified by that Party or, in the case of a Tranche, to such account of such person as may be specified by the Borrowers in a Utilisation Request.
Distributions by the Facility Agent. Each payment received by the Facility Agent under the Finance Documents for another Party shall, subject to Clause 28.3 (Distributions to the Borrower), Clause 28.4 (Clawback), Clause 25.17 (Deduction from amounts payable by the Facility Agent or the Security Agent) and Clause 28.10 (Payments to the Security Agent) be made available by the Facility Agent as soon as practicable after receipt to the Party entitled to receive payment in accordance with this Agreement (in the case of a Lender, for the account of its Facility Office), to such account as that Party may notify to the Facility Agent by not less than five (5) Business Days’ notice with a bank in the principal financial centre of the country of that currency.
Distributions by the Facility Agent. Subject to the terms of the Intercreditor Agreement, each payment received by either of the Facility Agent under the Finance Documents for another Party shall be made available by the Facility Agent as soon as practicable after receipt to the Party entitled to receive payment (in the case of a Lender, for the account of its Facility Office), to such account as that Party may notify to the Facility Agent by not less than five Business Days’ notice with a bank in London (or, as the case may be, Paris or New York).
Distributions by the Facility Agent. Each payment received by the Facility Agent under the Finance Documents for another Party shall, subject to Clause 29.3 (Distributions to an Obligor) and Clause 29.4 (Clawback) be made available by the Facility Agent as soon as practicable after receipt to the Party entitled to receive payment in accordance with this Agreement, to such account with a bank in South Africa as that Party may notify to the Facility Agent in writing by not less than 5 (five) Business Days’ notice.

Each payment received by the Facility Agent under the Finance Documents for another Party shall, subject to Clause 29.3 (Distributions to an Obligor), Clause 29.4 (Clawback) and Clause 26.17 (Deduction from amounts payable by the Facility Agent) be made available by the Facility Agent as soon as practicable after receipt to the Party entitled to receive payment in accordance with this Agreement (in the case of a Lender, for the account of its Facility Office), to such account as that Party may notify to the Facility Agent by not less than five Business Days’ notice with a bank in the principal financial centre of the country of that currency (or, in relation to euro, in a principal financial centre in a Participating Member State or London).
Distributions by the Facility Agent. Save as otherwise provided in this Agreement, each payment received by the Facility Agent for the account of another person shall be made available by the Facility Agent to such other person (in the case of a Lender, for the account of its Facility Office) for value the same day by transfer to such account of such person with such bank in a Participating Member State or London (or for payments in Dollars or any Optional Currency, in the applicable financial centre) as such person shall have previously notified to the Facility Agent by not less than 5 Business Days notice for this purpose.

Each payment received by the Facility Agent under the Finance Documents for another Party shall, subject to Clause 26.3 (Distributions to a Borrower), Clause 26.4 (Clawback) and Clause 23.15 (Deduction from amounts payable by the Facility Agent) be made available by the Facility Agent as soon as practicable after receipt to the Party entitled to receive payment in accordance with this Agreement (in the case of a Lender, for the account of its office), to such account as that Party may notify to the Facility Agent by not less than five Business Days’ notice.
