DISTRIBUTION UPON TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT. Subject to the required minimum distribution provisions under Section 8, a Participant who terminates employment for any reason (other than death) is entitled to receive a distribution of his/her vested Account Balance in accordance with this Section 7.06. (See Section 7.07 for the applicable rules when a Participant dies before distribution of his/her vested Account Balance is completed.)
